With Spectre Sales and Lettings accounts, you can automatically input information from other systems. Below is a list of programmes that Spectre is currently integrated with, however, remember to keep an eye out for any upcoming integrations coming soon. 

Street Insights

Our integration with Street Insights means you get access to Insights Pro for FREE if you are a current Spectre customer. With Insights Pro, you can create exceptional fully-branded reports using an expansive range of property data. 

By integrating your Spectre and Street Insights account, you will be able to apply two alternative QR codes to your Postcards, one will allow potential clients to scan and view a Property Report for the property you have based the Campaign upon and the second option will allow you to gather potential leads by giving the client the option to view a report based upon their property by probing them to enter their details.

Street Integration

Our integration with Street enables you to connect your Spectre and Street accounts to pull through your contacts from Street, and match these to the relevant on-market properties in your Spectre account.

Dataloft

Spectre and Dataloft Inform customers can add Dataloft Inform's hyper-local property market insights directly to Spectre letters. This integration automatically refreshes every month, meaning your market insights will always be up-to-date!

Reapit Foundations

The Spectre Sales / Reapit Foundations integration provides agents with the opportunity to combine data from Reapit with data available in their Spectre account. All homeowner names stored in your Reapit database will be pulled through into your Spectre account and matched with your on market addresses. Also, any property that is in your suppression list on Reapit, will be automatically marked as 'don't send' within your Spectre account. 

You can request to be added to the onboarding queue in the Reapit Foundations Marketplace where you will be updated when the data is live in your Spectre account.
