Reapit Integration

If you currently use Reapit Foundations as your CRM system, you’re now able to activate our Spectre Sales/Reapit integration, which will automatically import contact information and suppression lists into your Spectre account on a daily basis. 

The Spectre Sales / Reapit Foundations integration provides agents with the opportunity to combine data from Reapit with data available in their Spectre account. All homeowner names stored in your Reapit database will be pulled through into your Spectre account and matched with your on market addresses. Also, any property that is in your suppression list on Reapit, will be automatically marked as 'don't send' within your Spectre account. 

You can request to be added to the onboarding queue in the Reapit Foundations Marketplace where you will be updated when the data is live in your Spectre account.

The Spectre Sales/Reapit integration has two parts of information it will transfer: contact names and your Reapit suppression list. 

Contact Names

Spectre will import the name of any vendor or contact from Reapit, if they are associated with a property address that is currently on the market.

Once the names are pulled through, you’ll be able to write to the relevant contact on every letter you send to a property. For example, if you have Mr & Mrs Smith registered as a contact, and their property is currently on the market, every letter will begin with the greeting ‘Dear Mr & Mrs Smith,’ rather than ‘Dear Homeowner.’

This will ensure every letter you send is personal - which is extremely important when building and continuing relationships with clients that you’ve had previous contact with. 

Suppression List

As for the suppression list feature of the Spectre Sales/Reapit Integration, any property that is on your suppression list in Reapit will be automatically marked as ‘don’t send’ within your Spectre Sales account - meaning you don’t need to worry about writing to people who have requested no marketing.
