Reapit Integration

If you currently use Reapit Foundations as your CRM system, you can activate the Spectre Sales x Reapit integration, which automatically imports key contact information and suppression lists into your Spectre account.

This integration allows agents to combine data from Reapit with the data in their Spectre account. Homeowner and landlord details stored in Reapit are pulled through and matched with on-market addresses, while properties on your Reapit suppression list are automatically marked as ‘don’t send’ in Spectre.


What It Does

The Reapit integration provides the following core functionality:

  • Pulls through key contact details, provided all requirements are met:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Correspondence property address (if a successful match is made)
  • Contacts are filtered by type (vendor or landlord) and meet GDPR compliance standards, ensuring only valid, relevant, and marketable records are imported into Spectre.


Requirements for a Successful Integration

To ensure the integration functions correctly, the following criteria must be met:

  • Correct Reapit API Connection
    • The right Reapit API must be connected to your Spectre account.
    • This is usually straightforward but can be more complex for multi-branch organisations.
    • Incorrect branch or data source selection can prevent proper syncing or omit records.
    • Proper data mapping at setup, using the correct company and office IDs, is critical.
  • Supported Contact Types Only
    • Currently, only the following contact types are supported:
      • Vendors for Sales
      • Landlords for Lettings
    • Other contact types (e.g., applicants, tenants) are not included.
  • Address Matching
    • For accurate linking of contacts to properties, addresses must match between Reapit and Spectre.
    • Differences in formatting or missing data may prevent some matches, if we can't match the data, it won't be pulled through. 
      • While accuracy is prioritised, 100% address matching cannot always be guaranteed.
  • GDPR Compliance
    • Only contacts who have provided explicit consent for marketing or are marked as “not asked” will be imported.
    • Contacts who have opted out will not be imported. This is a non-negotiable compliance requirement.

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Log into the Reapit Marketplace.
  2. Navigate to the Spectre/Reapit integration.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your account and complete the setup.
