      Dataloft Integration

      Spectre and Dataloft clients can now add Dataloft’s hyper-local property market insights directly to their Spectre letters. The integration automatically refreshes every month, ensuring your market insights are always up-to-date.

      Setting Up the Integration

      1. Get Your Auth Token

      • Log into your Dataloft account.

      • From your dashboard, click API and copy your Auth Token.

      2. Connect to Spectre

      • Log into Spectre → Go to Settings > API Integrations.

      • Paste your Auth Token.

      3. Select Your Area

      • Choose your area from the dropdown list (pulled from your Dataloft account).

      • The selected area will appear on your Spectre letterhead, so choose the one most relevant to the properties you cover.

      4. Include Signature (Optional)

      • You can include your Dataloft letterhead signature in Spectre.

      • Delete your current Spectre signature to avoid duplication.

      Using Your Dataloft Letterheads

      View Uploaded Letterheads

      • Go to Settings → Print Design → Letterheads to see all available Dataloft letterheads in Spectre.

      Assign Letterheads to Custom Letters

      • Go to Settings → Print Design → Custom Letter Content → select a letter → click Edit Template → Change Letterhead.

      • Choose the most relevant letterhead for that letter.

      Set a Default Letterhead (Optional)

      • To use one Dataloft letterhead for all letters, go to Settings → Print Design → Letterheads → click Make Default.

      Preview Before Sending

      • Always preview letters after selecting letterheads to ensure formatting and signatures appear correctly.
