Dataloft Integration

Mutual Spectre and Dataloft Inform clients can now add Dataloft Inform's hyper-local property market insights directly to your Spectre letters.

The integration will automatically refresh every month, meaning your market insights will always be up-to-date!

In order to set this up, you’ll first need to log into your Dataloft Inform account. From your dashboard, click API and then copy your Auth Token. Once copied, log into Spectre and go to Letter Settings > API Integrations. 

From here, you can paste in your Auth Token. Select your area from the dropdown list. These areas are pulled through from your Dataloft account and the area you chose will appear on your Spectre letterhead, so be mindful to choose the one that best suits the area you cover in Spectre. 

You can also select to include the signature from your Dataloft letterhead and pull that straight across into Spectre. If you do this, ensure you delete your current Spectre signature so you do not duplicate this on your letters.

Once saved, your Dataloft letterheads will be available in your Spectre account to use. You can view them in Settings > Uploaded Letterheads. 

You can then add them to specific letters in Settings. Just click to ‘edit’ one of your letters then ‘add trigger letterhead’, where you can select the most relevant letterhead to that letter. If you’d prefer to use one Dataloft letterhead for all of your letters, you can ‘make default’ on Settings > Uploaded Letterheads. 

Ensure you preview your letters once you’ve chosen your letterheads, before sending them.
