What time do letters get sent?

Our letters and postcards are generated each day and sent to our third party printing services.

Please make sure to keep in mind the following cut off times, as any letters you would like to recall after these timeframes will not be able to be pulled from our printers.

Our lettings letter batches are sent to the printers at 10am each day, whilst our sales letter batches are sent to the printers at 11am each day.

Anniversaries letters are sent out at 12 noon and cannot be recalled after this time.

Therefore, please ensure your letters are generated before this time to ensure they are printed, ready to be posted the following day.
