      Segments - Uploading a Static CSV 

      If your leads come from external sources that don’t integrate with Street or if you don’t use Street CRM, you can manually upload a CSV file to create a segment.

      Preparing Your CSV

      • Ensure your file follows the required format. You can download a template for reference.
      • If your contacts have different marketing preferences, ensure you upload separate CSV files for each group. 

      Uploading Your CSV

      1. Go to ‘Email Marketing’ > ‘Audience’ > ‘Segments’ in your Spectre menu.
      2. Click ‘Add New Segment’, then select ‘Static Segment from CSV’.
      3. Upload your CSV file and map the fields correctly.
      4. Set the marketing preferences for the contacts in your file.
      5. Click ‘Create’ to finalise your segment.

      Once uploaded, your segment will be available for use in your email campaigns. Please note, this is a static segment, so it will not update over time.
