Email marketing is a powerful tool for sending personalised, branded messages to your audience. With Spectre Email Marketing, you can create professional emails to engage leads, nurture relationships, and drive business growth.
To access the Marketing Emails dashboard, navigate to Email Marketing > Emails. This dashboard gives you an overview of all the emails you've set up and allows you to create new ones as well.
You can search and filter emails by email type, status or editor. Additionally, by clicking the three dots next to an email, you can open a menu with options to edit, replicate, or view the email.
Once an email is live, click on it to access a performance overview, where you can view details like delivery statistics, engagement rates (opens and clicks), and a full recipient list.
There are two types of email campaigns you can send: Automated Emails and Regular Emails.
Automated Emails
Automated emails are part of workflows that trigger messages based on specific events. These events occur when a contact reaches a certain milestone or completes an action that enrols them in an automated journey. Once triggered, the email sequence runs automatically.
- Examples of automated emails include:
- Welcome Email – Triggered when a new contact signs up or registers.
- Appointment Reminder – Triggered when a client books a valuation or meeting.
- Follow-up Email – Triggered after a property viewing or enquiry.
- Anniversary Email – Triggered on key dates, such as a purchase anniversary.
- Re-engagement Email – Triggered to reconnect with inactive leads.

Regular Emails
Regular emails are one-time messages sent to a targeted audience. These are ideal for sharing updates, promotions, or important announcements.
- Examples of regular emails include:
- Monthly Newsletter – A one-off email with company updates and market insights.
- Special Offer or Promotion – Sent to highlight a limited-time deal.
- Event Invitation – Invites contacts to webinars, open houses, or networking events.
- Holiday Greeting – A festive message for occasions like Christmas or New Year.
