To start your property search, select ‘Property Reports’ from the Spectre Menu, then click on ‘Search & Create.’ From there, you can search for a property using the interactive map or the search bar.

To find a specific property, enter the property address into the search bar. You can use either the full address or partial details. The system will display search results based on your input, allowing you to scroll through the list until you find the property you're looking for.

Once selected, the property will be located on the map, with its title plan outlined. Additionally, the property card on the right side of the screen will provide useful details about the property.

You can hover over the blue dots representing nearby properties to view quick comparable information. Clicking on a blue dot will load that property as the main focus.

To view the boundaries of surrounding properties, use the ‘Title Plan’ button. Hovering over each title will also display the plot number for each property. You can use the '+' and '-' icons on the bottom right to zoom in or out to refine your search area.
