With Spectre Property Reports you can now search for a specific area so that you can view and compare property information for the addresses within that patch.
Use the search bar at the top of the map to enter in an outcode, a postcode, or a partial postcode, and then using the scroll bar to locate the area of choice.
Once selected, you'll see a list of addresses within that area, as well as a snapshot of key information on those properties, like number of bedrooms, property type, estimated value etc.
This list will be ordered by most recently sold, but you can order by price, or filter the list based on number of bedrooms, property type or value.
Use the 'Draw Area' button to draw points around the map to create a custom area of properties. Once you're happy with the area, double click the last pinpoint to prompt the list of addresses to populate.
To modify the custom area, click the "Edit custom area" button and adjust the pinpoints. Remember to click "View properties" to update the address list.
To start over with a new custom area, click 'Clear.'
To return to address/postcode-based search, click 'Close.'
By clicking on the addresses on the left side menu, you'll gain access to valuable information about the individual properties, that you can share when homeowners call up or pop into your office. You can then go on to create reports for these properties.
Once you have selected an address, to create a report you would need to click 'See More Information' or follow our Help Centre Article on creating a report here.
Please note, if you want to re-centre your search, you just need to click the ‘Geolocate’ button, it enables you to position the map based upon your location. You will need to enable the browser to access your location for it to work.
