Landing Pages

A landing page is a dedicated webpage designed to capture visitor information in exchange for valuable content. When integrated into your property reports, landing pages serve as effective tools for generating leads.

A Spectre Property Report landing page requires your audience to provide their details, generating a lead, in exchange for a property report that includes an instant valuation on a property of their choice. You can use your landing pages across your website, social media, email or print marketing and more to capture leads.

  1. Using the property reports drop down in the main navigation, click ‘Landing pages’
  2. Select ‘Create new page’
  3. Name your landing page
    1. If you are part of multiple accounts you will need to choose which account you want to create the landing page for.
  4. Configure your landing page
  5. Save

Configuring your landing page options:

Layout

To begin, select your preferred layout from the available options. Preview the layout on both desktop and mobile views to ensure it meets your desired presentation.

Content
Once you're satisfied with the layout, move on to the "Content" tab. Here, you can customise the information collected from visitors via the form on your landing page.

You can add a title and description to appear at the top of the form, clearly communicating the value of the report. You can also specify required fields, such as whether visitors must provide their name and contact number to access the report. Their email address and marketing preferences will be required by default and cannot be changed.

Next, choose the report template you'd like your customers' reports to use. This allows you to control the content customers see in their reports through these templates. For instance, if you'd like to hide local market statistics, create a template that excludes 'Market' information, then select that template in this builder. Image
Once you've finalised the content, navigate to the "Image" section to enhance your landing page with a visually appealing image.

You can either select a generic image from our pre-approved library or upload your own branded image by browsing your desktop, ensuring it aligns with your company's aesthetic.

Links

Once you've finished the customisation process, go to the "Links" tab. Here, you'll find the pre-generated URL for your landing page, along with a downloadable, custom QR code.

Here are some ways you can share your landing page:

  • Email: Send the URL or QR code to potential clients via email.
  • Social Media: Share your landing page on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
  • Website Integration: Embed the QR code on your website for easy access.
  • Physical Placement: Display the QR code in your shop window to attract passersby.
