Introducing the new Spectre Menu 


We're excited to announce the launch of our improved menu bar, designed to enhance your Spectre experience! This new menu offers a more intuitive and efficient way to navigate the platform.

 

What's Changed?

The menu options, previously located on the left-hand side panel, have now been moved to the top of the screen for better accessibility. You can easily switch between your Sales, Lettings, Property Reports and Email Marketing accounts without needing to log in and out!

You may also notice a few other minor updates, such as the "Generate Letters" now being found under "Send Letters" and the 'Support' tab is now accessed by clicking your Username. From there, you can contact us, submit a feature request, or even change your password.

We've also introduced Spectre-wide Settings, refer to our comprehensive walk through here. Rest assured, despite these changes, most of the features and functionalities you’re familiar with remain the same.


For further reference, you can find a comprehensive breakdown of the menu below - 

If you select Sales, it will present the below options: 


Actions
- Contact vendors with a bespoke and relevant message at the right time.

  • Automations - manage your automation settings 
  • Send Letters - send your on market trigger letters 
  • Send 20:20 - send your 20:20 campaigns 
  • Send Campaign - create and send any campaign to a custom group of on or off-market properties 
  • Sent Letters - hosts all historic sends for your reference 
  • Social Media - jump straight to your Auto Social account to start automating your social media posts

Anniversaries - Automatically keep in touch with your past purchasers.

  • Upcoming Letters - view any upcoming anniversary letters 
  • Upload Sales History - upload your completion data 
  • Address Verification - verify any addresses that weren’t automatically matched 
  • Properties - view all verified completion data 
  • Generate Report - generate a one off anniversary report
  • Repeat Business Report - provides a report for all completion data we have been able to fully verify, against the properties that have since been sold by a competitor agent
  • Sent Letters - hosts all historic anniversary sends for your reference 
  • Layouts - edit your letter content, report settings and upload your letterhead 
  • Settings - edit your insert report settings, amend overall send settings 

Properties - Discover everything there is to know about a property, instantly.

  • All Properties - presents all of your on market listing history 
  • Property Search - search for a specific property page 
  • Market Intelligence - discover competitor stats within your subscription patch 
  • Upload Valuation Data - upload your vendor details from previous valuations 

Fee Recovery - Reclaim fees you’re owed with Spectre’s easy-to-use Fee Recovery.


Settings - Setup templates configure triggers and manage your account.

  • General Settings - all letter settings 
  • Print and Post - view credit and letter usage 
  • Spectre Credits - view credit history 
  • Postcard Templates - edit and create your postcard templates
  • Manage Sectors - view postcodes within your subscription 

Management and Reporting - Manage your account, tracking goals and metrics.

  • Dashboard - company dashboard 
  • Print Approvals - any postcard batches requiring approval will filter through to here 
  • Fee Recovery - view fee recoveries at company level 
  • Success Reports - view identified successes 
  • Smart Reporting - allows you to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual usage reports 
  • Email Preferences - provides the ability to switch on weekly reporting emails 
  • Credit Preferences - provides the ability to apply credit limits against different features and branches 

The reporting option will only be available if you have the relevant user permissions. If you can't see this please contact Customer Support. 



If you select Lettings, it will present the below options:

Actions - Contact landlords with a bespoke and relevant message at the right time.

(Same features as Sales) 


Landlords - Manage, add, update and nurture landlord relationships.

  • Portfolio Landlords - generate a campaign targeting your identified Portfolio Landlords
  • Landlord Index - hosts any title deeds copies that have been purchased via the Land Registry integration 
  • Upload Landlord Data - ability to upload your stored landlord names and correspondence addresses 

Properties - Discover everything there is to know about a property, instantly.

  • Property Search - search for a specific property page 
  • Tenanted Properties - generate a one off campaign targeting properties that are currently tenanted 
  • On Market Properties - generate a one off campaign targeting properties that are currently on the market. 
  • Investment Properties - highlights identified Investment Properties (let within six months of being purchased)

Management and Reporting - Manage your account, tracking goals and metrics.

 If you are assigned to multiple Print accounts, you can now seamlessly switch between them when navigating the system, without the need to log in or out!


Please note, you will only see the branches relevant to the side of the system you are in; for example, your Lettings branches will appear when 'Lettings' is highlighted.


If you select Property Reports, it will present the below options: 

  • Search and Create  - explore, research and create reports on millions of properties across the UK
  • Saved Property Reports - view, edit, and share your previously created reports
  • Leads - view your leads generated by lead capture reports and landing pages
  • Landing Pages - create and manage your landing pages for instant valuations and more

 

If you select Email Marketing, it will present the below options: 

  • Email Dashboard - view the performance of your emails and track overall engagement and delivery 
  • Emails - create new emails and see the performance of sent emails 
  • Automated Journeys - Set up and manage workflows and automate your email marketing 
  • Audience - view, manage and segment your audiences 
    • All contacts - view all imported contacts 
    • Segments - view and create audience segments 
  • Templates - design your own branded templates with lego like blocks
