From your Letter Triggers & Templates pages you can control the content that you’re sending out.
Your letter triggers determine which properties you’ll be sending your regular letters to.
When properties meet the criteria of the triggers you have turned on they will appear on your Generate Letters page (or be sent automatically if you have automation turned on).
The Tenanted triggers refer to properties that Spectre has identified as being previously let, giving you the opportunity to communicate with landlords prior to their tenancy renewals taking place. You can select triggers to target properties based on the length of time since the property was last let, sending letters at trigger points of 6, 9 or 12 weeks before these milestones.
The Live triggers refer to properties that Spectre has identified as being currently on-market. You can turn on triggers by toggling these to make sure they are ticked - ensure you hit “Save Letter Settings” to make sure these remain turned on.
These pages are also the best place to preview your letters - you will see a preview option next to each template in the list.
You can add or amend content for your letter templates by selecting “Edit", or add custom letter templates for other campaigns by going to the “Custom Letter Templates” tab.
When adding your content, please make sure that you leave out the salutation and sign off as these will be included automatically from your Greetings & Sign-offs tab.
You can add a custom letterhead from within the content editor by selecting “Change Trigger Letter” and choosing from the letterheads uploaded to your account.
Use the preview button underneath the content editor to check your letter, and make sure you hit save before you exit the page.
Spectre A.I. Content Generation
If you’d prefer not to create the content yourself, you can select “Write using Spectre A.I.” in the top right to use Spectre’s A.I. copywriter. Choose the desired tone of voice & letter length, as well as three unique selling points that make your brand stand out from competitors. You can add any other additional instructions under Advanced Options and select Write my letter once ready.
Spectre will show you a preview of the generated content. You can regenerate or change the input if you’d like to create a new letter, and once you have a letter that you’re happy with you can copy the content and paste it into your template - please make sure that you remove any greetings or sign-offs that might have been generated as these will be included automatically from your Greetings & Sign-offs tab.
Please note that content generated by Spectre A.I. should be previewed and thoroughly proofread before use; whilst Spectre A.I. is specifically trained to generate marketing content for estate agents, it may occasionally generate incorrect or irrelevant content.
