Automation

Spectre Automation enables highly targeted marketing campaigns to be sent out in the background with as little or as much input as you would like, all while maintaining Spectre’s anti-embarrassment features to protect your brand.

You can now automate your Regular Letters, as well as your 20:20 campaigns, by going to the Automation tab on the dashboard on the left hand side of your screen.

When automating your Regular Letters you can select set days for your campaigns to be generated, as well as having the option to add a reviewer (or multiple reviewers) for extra peace of mind. The reviewer will receive an email containing previews of each campaign that is generated, allowing you to ensure that you’re happy with how they look before they are sent to the printers.

When automating your 20:20s, you will also have the option to customise your property selections. You can dictate how many Off Market Properties (tenanted properties) you wish to target and the radius you’d like to reach out to the On Market properties in.
