How to send a follow-up campaign

With Spectre Campaigns, you can save and send follow-up campaigns effortlessly. No longer will you need to remember specific filters or address choices for each campaign. Simply revisit your saved campaigns to resend them with ease.

  1. To send a follow-up campaign, all you need to do is click ‘Send Campaigns’ under the ‘Actions’ drop down menu.
  2. Click the ‘Previous Campaigns’ tab at the top of the page.
  3. This will load all of the previous campaigns you’ve sent out using the Campaigns feature. You’ll be able to view the number of letters or postcards you’ve sent in each campaign, the name of the postcards or letter sent and the date it was sent. You can also view a list of recipients if you click ‘Recipients.’
  4. Once you have found the campaign you’d like to follow up on, select the ‘See Details’ tab on that campaign
  5. This will take you to the details page where you’ll be able to view the filters that were added to this campaign, the preferences and a preview of the design that was sent out to your list of recipients
  6. From here, you can decide to either download the campaign, which will give you a PDF file of what was sent, or ‘Resend Campaign’ if you’d like to send a follow-up to these addresses
  7. When you click to resend the campaign, you’ll then be able to select if you want to remove or change any of the original options you applied, for example, you can edit the postcard or letter sent, the area you chose to find properties in, edit the filters or change the preferences
  8. Once you have deselected the option(s) you don’t want to use on your new campaign, Spectre will take you to re-choose the option you have deselected. For example, if you have deselected the option to change the area, Spectre will take you to the map so you can select the new area you’d like to target with your campaign
  9. Complete the Campaigns journey by selecting your area, adding any extra filters and sending your campaign!
