Anniversaries - Get Started

Spectre Anniversaries is a feature that automates repeat business prospecting. Once set up, tailored reports and cover letters will be sent automatically to your past purchasers on each anniversary of their completion date. 

The report gives you the option to include an estimated value of what their home may be worth now, as well as valuable insights into their local property market - all of which is customisable to your brand.

To get started, you’ll need to:

  • Upload data - either use Spectre data (this uses Land Registry verified data, covering your last five years of sales), or upload your own sales history data for more accurate information
  • Set up your letters - see more info here
  • Set up your reports - see more info here

Once this setup has been completed, your Anniversaries campaigns will start generating for every upcoming anniversary (this can be paused in Anniversaries settings at any time).

We’ll send you an email the week before each batch of letters is due to send, for you to review. We’ll also let you know if any of the letters are missing vendor names so you can add them or make any other changes before they get sent.
