Anniversaries - Settings

From your Settings tab, you can add contact details which will appear on your Anniversaries report. You can also add email addresses to receive a preview of your Anniversaries letters each Monday. The properties included will be for the following week (7-14 days away) to give you time to make any edits before the letters are generated.

Under Remove anonymous letters you can prevent letters being sent if homeowner names haven’t been added, and under Suppress Letter Generation you can prevent all anniversaries letters from generating.

Insert Data Options gives you the ability to remove the house price performance of the country from the insert graph if the area you are sending to has performed badly in comparison, and hide the automated valuations if the valuation is less than the purchase price. 

If you’d like to use the same letterhead & signature for your anniversaries as you do for your regular letters, these can be copied over from Letterheads & Signatures.
