Before setting up an AI-powered journey, configuring your Email Settings is essential for two key reasons:

- Spectre AI personalises email content using information from your website. Updating the AI’s knowledge base enhances accuracy and relevance, allowing it to generate emails that truly reflect your brand, services, and target audience.

Generating Your AI-Powered Automated Email Journey
Once your settings are configured, creating an AI-powered journey is straightforward:
- Enter Your Goal – Whether you want to nurture new leads, re-engage inactive contacts, or drive specific actions, Spectre AI will tailor the journey to meet your objective.
- Let AI Build the Journey – In seconds, AI will generate a fully optimised email sequence, strategically structured to convert leads at key touchpoints.
- Review and Customise – While AI provides a solid foundation, you can edit, refine, or personalise the emails to align with your brand’s tone and goals.
Automated Journey Settings
Clicking the settings cog in the top-right corner of the builder provides access to additional options for customising your journey:
- Prevent Multiple Enrolments – To stop contacts from being enrolled in more than one automated journey at the same time, use the dropdown under "Do not enrol contact if currently enrolled in" and select one or more of your other journeys.
- Email Send Options – Choose whether to send emails immediately after an action is triggered or restrict delivery to a specific time frame.
Be sure to click "Save Settings" once you’re finished.
Activate Your Journey
Once you’re happy with the setup, click 'Start Automation' to launch your journey and let automation handle the rest!
