What do I do if there's an 'Error' message?

A few examples of error messages appearing within Spectre could be the following, server error (white screen) or 504 error - in some instances these can be solved by jumping out of your Spectre account and clearing your website cache, this can be done within Google Chrome by selecting Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Cached Files and Images.

Make sure that when you get in touch with the team, you include the following information:

  • Your contact details so they know how to reach you
  • The name of your company and branch/account (this is important so that we can investigate your problem as soon as possible)
  • What were you trying to do when you encountered the error message and a description of the error message itself

If you can, send a screenshot of the issue you encountered, or any additional information so that we can try to replicate the error you are experiencing.
