Anniversaries - Upcoming Letters

You can view and manage the Anniversary letters that are due to be sent out in the next 2 weeks from the Upcoming Letters tab. 

From here, you can preview your letters, reports and make any adjustments to valuations by clicking the Actions dropdown. 

Selecting the property will let you see its sales history, mark it as “do not send”, or to amend the homeowner name. 

This page also lists the percentage of repeat business for your agency, with a comparison of properties resold by you against those resold with competitors.
