Starting & Exit Triggers

To set up an automated email journey, you’ll need to add a ‘Starting Trigger.’ These triggers help your campaigns run more efficiently by responding to real-time actions captured directly from your Street CRM.

A trigger is an event in a contact’s journey with you—this could be anything from a purchase anniversary to a new contact booking a valuation. When one of these events occurs, it activates your automated email sequence, ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the ideal time.

‘Exit Triggers’ allow contacts to be removed from an automated cycle when a specific event occurs. This ensures your messaging remains relevant and prevents contacts from receiving emails that no longer apply to them.

Here's a breakdown of the types of triggers you can use:

New Contacts

  • New Contact in Street CRM
  • Portal Enquiry Received
  • Sales Applicant Created
  • Lettings Application Created
  • Custom Enquiry Recieved
    • You can now connect your other tools and platforms to automatically send leads into your Street Enquiry Centre. This allows you to build dedicated automated journeys in Spectre Email to effectively nurture these leads. By linking these sources, you’ll be able to follow up with leads from third-party platforms – all within Spectre Email. These leads might come from:

      • Your website

      • Other instant valuation tools

      • Agent Connect

      • And more

Note: If you haven’t set up any external lead sources in Street, this trigger won’t appear as an option
