Tenanted Properties

The Tenanted Properties page provides a live snapshot of rental properties that Spectre has identified are currently under tenancy within your patch. To access, go to: Lettings > Properties > Tenanted Properties.


What Is the Tenanted Properties Page?

This view displays all properties known to be under tenancy—either currently advertised as let or with a tenancy start date recorded. It’s ideal for:

  • Market and trend analysis
  • Lead generation
  • Identifying investment activity
  • Planning proactive outreach to landlords

Each property in the list includes:

    • Full address
    • Postcode
    • Letting agent/company name
    • Monthly rental price (PCM)
    • Property type (e.g. Terraced, Semi-Detached, Flat)
    • Tenancy start date

How to Use the Filters

You can refine the list of properties using a wide range of filters located at the top of the page:

  • Agent – Focus on properties managed by specific agents or compare multiple agents.
  • Price Range – Define minimum and maximum monthly rental prices to filter within a desired rental band.
  • Property Type – Narrow down by format, such as Flats, Terraced, Detached, or Semi-Detached homes.
  • Last Listed (Years) – Identify properties based on how recently they were last marketed.
  • Investment Property – Filter to show properties that are flagged as investments.
  • Landlord Details Added – Display only properties where landlord information has already been added.

Market Intelligence

  • Gain insight into the local rental landscape by identifying patterns in tenancy duration, monthly rental values, and the most common property types being let. This helps inform pricing strategies and identify market gaps.
