Street Integration

Our integration with Street allows you to connect your Spectre and Street accounts, enabling automatic syncing of vendor details from Street to the corresponding on-market properties in Spectre.

Step 1: Enable the Street Integration in Spectre

• Log in to Spectre and navigate to Settings > API Integrations.

• If you do not see the Street integration option, Contact Us to have it enabled.

Step 2: Set Up the Integration in Street

• Log in to your Street account.

• Go to Settings (at the bottom of the page).

• Scroll to Account Administration → Applications.

• Click Add Integration.

Step 3: Configure the Integration

• Name the integration ‘Spectre’ (or another name recognisable to your team).

• Under API Token Scopes, select ‘Spectre API’ from the dropdown.

• Click 'Create' to generate an access token.

Step 4: Copy the Access Token

• Highlight the token, right-click, and select Copy.

Step 5: Connect to Spectre

• Open Spectre → Go to Settings → API Integrations.

• Click Edit on the Street integration line.

• Paste the copied access token → Click Save.

What happens next: 

• Vendor names from your Street properties will automatically link to the corresponding Spectre properties.

• Key property details (market status, listing price, agent info, and property specifics) will sync from Spectre when adding an applicant, property, or valuation to Street.
