The Settings page is your central hub to manage how your contact details, creative tools, and social media platforms work together. From here, you can update the information used in post captions, connect or disconnect integrations like Canva, and manage your linked accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
To access this page:
- Click on your username in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Social Settings.
General Settings
- Caption Contact Details: These details will automatically appear on your social media captions for all posts.
- Click Edit to update your contact information.
- You can type manually and use emojis for added visual impact.
- Changes will be applied across all social posts.
- Click See example to preview how your contact details will appear on posts.
Integrations
- Canva Integration: Spectre Social integrates with Canva, making it easy to create visually engaging content directly within the platform. To connect Canva:

- Click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Canva login page.
- Log in using the account you want to integrate with Spectre Social.
Once connected, you’ll see a Connected status with the option to Disconnect at any time.
Note: You can only connect one Canva account.
Social Connections
Manage the social media platforms you post to directly from this page. Spectre Social supports:
- LinkedIn
To connect an account:
- Click Add next to the platform you wish to connect.
- A pop-up will appear — click Connect to Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn.
- You’ll be redirected to the platform to complete the connection.
Requirements: You must be an admin user for each social account you wish to connect.
Having Trouble Linking to Your Accounts?
If you’re having trouble linking the correct Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn account:
- Log out of all social accounts in your browser or open an incognito/private window.
- Log in using your business account credentials.
- Ensure your business Instagram account is connected to your business Facebook account.
