Sent Letters

You can see your generated letters and postcards under the newly improved Sent Letters tab!
Where you can recall, download and view previous campaigns with Spectre, now up-to 70 times faster than before! You can easily view all of your past sends, track your canvassing activities and create follow-up strategies. 

Your campaigns will be organised by type, with tabs for each of the following, your Regular Letters + The Vault, TwentyTwentys, Custom Letters (for campaigns sent to on/off market properties outside of your triggers) , Campaigns and Single Sends.

You will see different options on this page depending on whether you’re sending your campaign using Spectre credits, or downloading to send out yourself. This is reflected in the 'Status' column, where it will present as 'Outsourced' if sent through Spectre and 'Generated' if set to download and print in-house. 

You can check the recipient list for each campaign by clicking on the drop down arrow to the left hand side of each campaign which will present a full list of all addresses targeted. To preview the generated PDFs you would select the three dots and then hit 'Download'.

This is also where you would download your letters if sending these out yourself, from here, you would also have the option to delete a campaign if you notice any issues.

If sending your campaign out using Spectre credits, please be aware that our Lettings letter batches are sent to the printers at 10am each day whilst our Lettings postcard batches are sent at 2pm. Up until this point you will have the option to recall a mailable batch within your account by clicking the three dots and selecting the 'recall' button which will ensure that the campaign is not sent to the Printers, they will remain under your Sent letters for you to download unless you proceed to delete the batch.  

Please note, after the campaigns have been sent to the printers there is no guarantee that we can prevent these from being printed. 

If you’re unsure whether your campaign is being sent out by Spectre, check to see if there is a  “Recall” option for that batch, if you only see the option to download or delete your campaign, these are not being Outsourced. 

It is not currently possible to automatically replicate any campaigns from this page - if you would like to regenerate any campaigns, this would need to be done manually.
