Smart Reporting


Smart Reporting is a tool within Spectre that will allow you to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports based upon your Company usage, across both sales and lettings accounts. 

If you do not have access to the Smart Reporting tab from your dashboard, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Customer Support who will enable the relevant permissions. 


The following reports are available: 


Properties Marketed To (Regular) - A list of all properties marketed to via the  ‘Generate Letters’ tab. It's broken down by branch and would include a list of each full address, along with which trigger letter was applied and the date the mail was sent. 

Properties Marketed To (Custom) -  A list of all properties marketed to via the ‘All Properties’  tab (Sales) or the 'On-Market/Tenanted Properties' pages (Letttings). It would be broken down by branch and is inclusive of the full property address, current property price, competitor agent targeted and the date sent.


Properties Marketed To (On The Market 20:20) - A list of all properties marketed to via the ‘Choose On Market Properties’ page within the 2020 journey.


Properties Marketed To (Not On The Market 20:20) - This would produce a list of all properties marketed to via the ‘Choose Off Market Properties’ page within the 2020 journey.


Properties Marketed To (Campaigns) - A list of all properties marketed to via the 'Campaigns' journey.


Letters Sent By Branch - A precise breakdown of letters sent by each specific branch, as well as, their sent status (whether outsourced via Spectre or downloaded to print in house), and is inclusive of the following: Regular Letters, Custom Letters, Not on the Market 20:20s, On the Market 20:20s and Campaigns. 


Postcards Sent By Branch - A breakdown of Postcards sent from each branch alongside the journey applied. 


Credits Used By Branch - The amount of credits used per branch and what the credits have been spent on e.g. Letters, Vendor Details.


Credits Used By Branch (Breakdown) - A complete breakdown of credits used out of the company credit pot, including where the credits have been applied and date used.


Competitors Marketed To - A breakdown of how many letters you have sent to competitor agents, along with those agency names.


Regular Letters Sent - A breakdown of which Regular Letters have been sent via the 'Generate Letters' tab, including the trigger letter sent and the volume of mail sent for each specific trigger.


All reports are downloaded as a CSV file and can be used in both Excel and Google Sheets.
