Anniversaries - Repeat Business Report

With the Repeat Business Report feature, Spectre gives you a detailed report on the number of properties you have sold and uploaded to your Spectre account.

This report is great for seeing how many of those properties have been sold with a competing agent and how many have used your service to sell again. 

Use this page and click on any of the properties to see the sales history, including the date, the amount the property was sold for, and whether your Estate Agent was used.
