Property Search

With the Property Search function you can access a full page of information for each individual address within your account, both On and Off Market. 

Using the Property Search tab to locate the property information page of choice, if the property is On Market, you will be presented with a full suite of images pulled from the listing, these are interactive and you are able to scroll through to reference the property with ease. Alongside this is an interactive Map which plots where the property sits for your reference. 

From this page, you can amend or add Homeowners details, including their correspondence address. These can be manually amended by selecting the blue pencil next to Homeowner or Correspondence, or purchase the title deed by selecting “Purchase Vendor Details”.

You can block the property from receiving mail by toggling the Allow Spectre Mail option to “Off” or with our brand new 'Single Send' feature now live, you can generate a single mailable to any one address with ease by selecting 'Write To'.

To support your compliance needs, we’ve added free Material Information data to all properties in Spectre! This means you can now confidently navigate property information whilst adhering to changing guidelines.

With our newest feature you can access key property data by hitting the 'Material Information' button, this will present a pop-up to the right hand side of your screen with instant access to a range of relevant data points for your reference - 

• Property value
• Tenure
• Council tax
• Physical characteristics
• Property type
• Property size
• Plot size
• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Flood risk
• Mobile coverage
• Broadband speed

You can easily view which part of Material Information the property data relates to, with clear markers to instantly check whether it’s relevant to parts A, B, or C. 

If you click out of the Material Information and scroll down the page, you will be able to see a comprehensive overview of any recent market activity or letters sent to this property, with the ability to add your own notes or log a phone call by selecting 'Log Activity'. 

You can also create a full property report via Street Insights. To do this you would select the link at the bottom of the page which will reroute you to Insights, where you will have the ability to personalise and share a detailed property report.
