      Property Search

      The Property Search page in Spectre allows you to quickly find and view information on any property within the allocated sectors of your account—whether it’s On Market or Off Market.

      This tool is ideal if you need to:

      • Locate a specific property to view details
      • Check current or historical market status
      • Send a Single Send mailer to one property
      • Access ownership and property insights instantly with the option to purchase title deeds

      Navigate to: Lettings > Properties > Property Search.

      Using the Search

      Once on the page, simply type the property address into the search bar. Spectre will begin showing results that match your entry, click the address of preference. 

      Beneath the search bar, you’ll also see a list of Recent Searches, which display at-a-glance information for each property, including:

      • Last sold price and date
      • Number of bedrooms
      • Property type (e.g., Terraced, Semi-Detached)
      • OTM Status (✓ for On Market, ✗ for Off Market)

      This allows you to quickly revisit past searches and assess the market activity of individual properties.
