Acaboom Integration
We’re pleased to introduce the integration between Spectre and Acaboom. The integration allows you to embed Spectre Property Reports directly within your Acaboom presentations.
By combining in-depth property data with structured, brand-led storytelling, you can deliver more comprehensive, data-backed appraisals — without adding manual steps to your workflow.
This guide explains how the integration works, what it enables, and how to set it up, so you can begin embedding Spectre Property Reports directly into your Acaboom presentations.
What the Integration Enables
Once enabled, you can:
- Embed Spectre Property Reports directly into selected Acaboom presentations
- Choose which presentations include a report and which do not
- Embed a property microsite directly into the Acaboom presentation slide for online viewing and within sent presentations.
- Generate a PDF version of the report that's automatically available for download, allowing it to be shared with clients and accessed via the Acaboom mobile app.
Each report can include 200+ data points per property, such as:
- Bedrooms and tenure
- Local market overviews
- Transport links
- Conservation zones
- Air traffic noise
- And more
Reports appear seamlessly within your presentation, ensuring a consistent and professional client experience.
Getting Started
To use this integration, you will need active accounts with both Spectre and Acaboom.
If you would like to enable this feature, please contact the Spectre support team or your Acaboom account manager.
How to Enable the Integration
Step 1: Create Your Spectre API Token
- Log in to Spectre.
- Navigate to Settings → Spectre API.
(Company Admin permissions may be required.) - Create a new API token.
⚠ Do not delete any existing tokens. - Copy the generated API token
Step 2: Connect Spectre to Acaboom
- Log in to Acaboom.
- Go to Account → Integrations → Spectre.
- Paste the API token into the relevant field.
- Click Save.
Your accounts are now connected.
Adding Spectre Data to a Client Presentation
Once connected, a new Spectre section will appear within the Presentation area of your client presentations.
How It Works
- Open your client presentation.
- Navigate to Actions → Presentation.
- Locate the Spectre section.
- Select the section to view the available Spectre report templates (options will vary depending on your Spectre access).
- Choose your preferred template.
- Acaboom will automatically retrieve property data from Spectre using the property address provided.
- Once the data is found, click Continue to add the report to your presentation.
The selected report will then be embedded directly into the presentation.
Troubleshooting (Acaboom)
If you experience issues when pulling Spectre data:
- If there is a problem with the property address, you will be prompted to amend it.
- Update the address details within the Spectre section and try again.
- The list of available report templates may differ depending on which templates your Spectre account has access to.
If problems persist, please contact your account manager or support team.
Important Notes
- This feature is currently available on the web version of Acaboom only.
- Spectre data cannot be retrieved directly from the Acaboom mobile app.
- Once the data has been successfully pulled via the web platform, it can be downloaded and accessed within the mobile app.
