The Property Page is your one-stop dashboard for viewing and managing all information and activity related to a specific property—whether it's On Market or Off Market.

This page provides key insights, tools, and actions to help you engage with landlords, stay compliant, and manage your outreach with confidence.

What You’ll See on the Property Page

Once you select a property from the Property Search, you’ll be taken to the Property Page. Here's what you can expect:

For On Market or Tenanted Listings

• Live images from the listing (pulled directly from property portals)
• A scrollable image gallery for quick reference
• An interactive map to visualise the property’s exact location

For all properties 

• Property type (e.g. Terraced, Detached, etc.)
• Number of bedrooms
• Historical sold price
• Title plan (title number and plot size)
• Key activity logs showing:
  • Letters sent
  • Notes or calls logged

Landlord Information

This section allows you to view and manage the landlord’s correspondence details:

• View or manually edit the landlord’s name and address
• Use the blue pencil icon to update known information
• If details are missing, click Purchase Landlord Details to buy the title deed and auto-populate the landlord data

Key Actions You Can Take

• Write To:
  • Quickly generate a one-off direct mail piece (letter or postcard) using the Write To button.
•  Block from Mail Marketing:
  • Exclude a property from mail campaigns by toggling Allow Spectre Mail to Off.
• Log Activity:
  • Track any engagement or communication by:
    • Adding notes

  • Generate in-depth, shareable property reports with just one click. Use the View in Property Reports button.
