Anniversaries - Properties

The Properties page shows all your uploaded properties that have been verified by the system. These are split into properties last sold by you, properties that have since been sold again, and your disabled properties (properties you have marked as “do not send”).

Verifying homeowners’ names

To minimise the chance of you writing to someone and using the wrong name, Anniversaries gives a confidence rating to each name that it extracts from your data. Where Spectre’s algorithms are unable to automatically extract homeowner names from the data that has been uploaded, or if a name has a low confidence rating, you will be able to verify these manually from the Properties tab.

To do this, follow the “Click here to verify them now” link at the top of the page. To edit a name, click the pencil icon to the right of the confidence rating, then “Approve”. You can also skip a property in the list, or mark it as “do not send”.
