With Spectre Postcards, your company can choose to adopt an approval process for postcard campaigns. Print Approvals give your company greater control over campaigns, ensuring that batches are reviewed before credits are used and that credit limits are not exceeded.
How Print Approvals Work
When Print Approvals are enabled:

Every postcard batch sent by your company requires approval from a Company Admin before being released to production.

No credits will be deducted until the postcard batch has been approved.

Pending batches will remain visible under Previously Sent Letters until they are approved.
Approvals and Credit Limits
If your company has branch credit limits applied:

Users can create multiple campaigns within their allocated budget.

When a postcard campaign is submitted for approval:

Branch limit check: If approving the campaign would cause the branch to exceed its monthly credit threshold, the approver will be prompted to top up the branch’s credit limit. The campaign cannot be approved until additional credits are assigned.

Company-wide limit check: If approving the campaign would cause the company to exceed its overall credit pot, the approver will be prompted to top up the company credits. The campaign cannot be approved until additional credits are purchased.

Activating Print Approvals
This feature must be enabled by the Customer Support Team, and only Company Admin users are able to approve postcard batches.
