The Print and Post Settings page in Spectre allows you to manage your credit preferences for printing.
Low Credit Warning
What it does:
Enabling the Low Credit Warning will notify you when your credit balance drops below a specified threshold. This ensures you’re aware of your available balance and can top up before running out.
How to Use:
- Toggle the switch to enable the Low Credit Warning.
- Once enabled, you’ll be notified whenever your credits fall below the set threshold.
- After configuring your settings, don’t forget to save your changes.
Enable Automatic Top-Up
What it does:
The Enable Automatic Top-Up feature allows you to automatically purchase credits when your balance drops below a specified amount. This ensures that you never run out of credits, keeping your printing and posting services uninterrupted.
How to Use:
- Toggle the switch to enable Automatic Top-Up.
- Set the threshold: Choose when you want your credits to automatically top up. For example, when your credits drop below 250, the system will automatically buy 50 credits (£37).
- After configuring your settings, don’t forget to save your changes.
By adjusting these Print and Post Settings, you can ensure that your credit balance stays sufficient for printing and posting tasks, helping to avoid interruptions in service.
