One of my letters is going over two pages. How do I fix this?

You may see a notification when generating your letters that one or more of your letters is going over two pages. On Spectre, you will only be able to generate your letters if they fit on a single page of A4. 

To fix the error, first go to SETTINGS > LETTER TRIGGERS AND TEMPLATES and click PREVIEW on the appropriate letter.

Once you have found the letter that is going over two pages, go to PDF SETTINGS. Here you will need to select the letter from the drop menu at the middle-top of the page.

Once selected the relevant letter from the drop down menu, click the Font Size button found at the bottom-right of the page.

Here you can amend the font size of the letter content in order to fit this onto one page.

Once you have selected a reduced font size, don’t forget to click on the SAVE button to enable these changes.

To check whether the changes you have made have reduced your letter to a single page, go back to SETTINGS > LETTER TRIGGERS AND TEMPLATES and click PREVIEW on the relevant letter to view the amended format.
