      Link-in-Bio

      A Link-in-Bio allows you to create a single, shareable landing page that centralises key actions, content, and links you want to drive traffic to from your social media profiles. Instead of updating individual links on each platform manually, your Link-in-Bio page acts as a live hub — helping convert social engagement into enquiries, leads, valuations, downloads, or website traffic.

      With Spectre Social, you can build and publish your own Link-in-Bio page directly inside the platform, ensuring your brand presence remains consistent, trackable, and easy to update. You can add property links, valuation CTAs, market reports, guides, featured posts, or any web page you want followers to access quickly — all through one link placed in your social media bios.

      This means followers can move immediately from engaging with your content to taking meaningful action — without leaving the journey or searching across multiple websites.

      Creating Your Link-In-Bio

      To create your Link-In-Bio:

      1. Navigate to Social > Link-in-Bio
      2. Select Create New

      Name Your Link-In-Bio

      • Start by giving your Link-In-Bio page a name. This name will form the end of your unique URL (e.g., spectre.link/StreetGroupLinkTree) that you’ll share with clients, followers, and across social platforms.
      • Name field: This is for your reference only — choose something clear that allows you to easily identify which Link-In-Bio this is (for example: Branch Name, Campaign Type, Team Name, Area, etc.)

      Select Your Brand

      • Choose which brand will be applied to this Link-In-Bio.
      • Your brand selection will carry through your branding automatically (logo, colour, design style) to ensure consistency.

      Once you have entered the name and selected the brand, click Create to continue building your Link-In-Bio page.

      Logo & Branding

      Once your Link-In-Bio is created, you can begin adding content and interactive elements to make your page engaging for clients and followers.

      • Choose a logo: Select a logo from your brand to appear on your page.
      • Social media links: Add icons linking to your other social accounts to drive traffic across platforms.

      Add Custom Links

      You can add any web link you want to your Link-In-Bio page, including listings, guides, partner sites, or other pages you want visitors to access.

      Steps:

      1. Click Add Custom Link
      2. Enter a Title and URL
      3. The link will appear on your Link-In-Bio page for visitors to click

      Property Slider

      The property slider allows you to showcase listings directly on your Link-In-Bio page.

      • Select which branch(es) to display listings from
      • Choose how many listings to show (up to your preferred number)
      • Properties will display key details such as price, location, and type
      • Visitors can scroll through the slider to view multiple properties

      Action Buttons

      You can add interactive buttons to direct visitors to key actions. Options include:

      • Website Button
        • Icon: select an appropriate icon
        • Button text: “Visit our website”
        • Button link: enter your website URL
      • WhatsApp Button
        • Icon: select WhatsApp icon
        • Button text: “Contact us on WhatsApp”
        • Phone number: enter your business WhatsApp number
      • Book Valuation Button (Street.co.uk subscription required)
        • Icon: select relevant icon
        • Button text: “Book Valuation”
        • Link: select your Street valuation booking link
      • Instant Valuation Button (Spectre Property Reports subscription required)
        • Icon: select relevant icon
        • Button text: “Get an Instant Valuation”
        • Link: select Property Reports landing page
      • Newsletter Sign-Up Button (Spectre Email subscription required)
        • Icon: select email/newsletter icon
        • Button text: “Sign up to our newsletter”
        • Segment: add contacts to an existing segment or create a new one
      • Custom Links
        • Add any additional links to a page of your choice to drive engagement or provide resources

      Customisation & Preview

      You can customise the order of all sections on your Link-In-Bio page for the best visitor experience:
      • Use the six-dot handle on the right side of each section to drag and drop it
      • Rearrange buttons, sliders, and links to create an intuitive and engaging layout
      • Use the Preview option on the right to see how your Link-In-Bio page will appear to visitors before publishing or Resize your logo to fit the page.

      Once you are happy with your content and layout, save your Link-In-Bio page.

      You can now share your unique URL (e.g., spectre.link/StreetLinkTree) in your Instagram, Facebook, or other social media bios.
