Letter Formatting

Under the Letter Formatting tab you will find the option to include and format the Estate Agents Act Disclaimer, as well as change the size of the gap between the end of the address and the start of the letter. 

You can preview how the Disclaimer & your letter gaps will appear on your letters from the Letter Triggers & Templates page. If you have a letter that’s running over 2 pages, shortening these gaps can be particularly useful to fit all of your content on a single page. 

You can also set your letters to automatically include the date from the Letter Formatting page.
