The Landlord Profile offers a detailed, centralised overview of a landlord’s property portfolio.
It combines critical data points—including property types, rental income, market value, and occupancy status—enabling you to assess the scale, value, and growth potential of their holdings. An interactive map displays property locations across the UK, alongside rich portfolio data and structural insights.
To access a Landlord Profile: Landlords > Select Landlord > Landlord Profile.
Landlord Information Panel (Left Side)
- Status: Indicates whether marketing is currently active for the landlord.
- Use the Update Marketing Status button to toggle this setting.
- Contact Details:
- Correspondence address
- Email and phone number (if known)
- LinkedIn integration (a clickable link that searches for the landlord’s name)
- Contacts:
- Displays linked contacts (e.g. company directors)
- Click "See all" to view the full contact list

Portfolio
This section offers full visibility of the landlord’s position through interactive visuals and data summaries:
- AI Summary - A concise, automated overview of the landlord’s portfolio for quick reference.
- Headline Portfolio Stats - Displayed in the top panel for at-a-glance insights:
- Portfolio Size
- Rent Roll (pcm)
- Average Rent (pcm)
- Total Portfolio Value
- Current Yield (%)
- Number of Associated Agents
- Management Fee Revenue Projections - Estimates potential monthly and annual revenue based on the rent roll using different management fee percentages (e.g. 8%, 10%, 12.5%).
- Opportunity Score - A predictive score generated by Spectre’s AI to indicate how likely the landlord is to instruct your agency. Calculated based on:
- Interaction history (e.g. previous engagement with your agency)
- Market activity (e.g. recently listed/delisted properties)
- Presence in your area
- Agency exclusivity (whether they work with one or multiple agents)
- Portfolio Condition - An average EPC-based condition score representing the overall energy efficiency and potential maintenance needs across the landlord’s portfolio.
- Property Status Breakdown - A pie chart showing the current status of all properties:
- Tenanted
- On the Market
- Unknown Status
- Property Types Breakdown - Bar chart showing portfolio composition by type (e.g. flats, terraced, semi-detached).
- Portfolio Growth Timeline - Visual timeline showing when properties were acquired. Helps highlight:
- Recent expansion
- Long-term holdings
- Inactive periods
- Agent Breakdown - Shows which agents currently manage or list the properties:
- Agent name
- Number of properties
- Percentage of total portfolio
- Rent Bandings - Properties grouped by monthly rent value, such as:
- £500–£1,000
- £1,000–£2,000
- Occupancy Breakdown - Breakdown of usage types:
- Other Residential
- HMO Only
- Student Only
- Student HMO
Map
Visualise all the landlords portfolio properties across the UK. Use this map to:
- Identify properties within your Spectre patch
- Spot properties outside of your target areas
- Plan targeting and expansion strategies
Properties
Detailed breakdown of every property in the landlord’s portfolio, including:
- Property Type
- Estimated Rent
- Condition
- Current Status
Tip: Click the property address to visit the individual property page, or click the arrow icon to the right of the property card to access further key information and create a branded Property Report.
Activity
Track all interactions and historical activity related to the landlord:

Portfolio Structure
A visual hierarchy of the landlord’s entire portfolio, designed to help you understand how the portfolio is organised, showing:
- The landlord entity at the top
- Each associated property branching below with:
