Is There A Way To Search Your Sent Letters?

If you would like to search for an address you have sent letters to, all you have to do is to go into your PREVIOUSLY SENT LETTERS page, found via Sales / Lettings >> Actions >> Previously sent letters.

Once you are here, you can go into any of the tabs that you have generated letters in (Regular Letters + The Vault/ Twenty Twenty Letters/ Custom Letters/ Campaigns / Single Sends) and select the batch in cause.

From here if you click on the batch selected, a drop down menu will appear with all the addresses you have sent letters to on that specific date.

Here you can find all the property addresses and the letter type you have sent on that selected date.

A quick tip for finding the property a little quicker would be to hit 'Ctrl + F' which will bring up a search bar and you can search that page for the property address.
