Investment Properties

Spectre identifies an Investment Property as a property that was let within six months of being purchased, making it likely that this was purchased with the sole intention of being a rental. Your Investment Properties page shows a list of these properties, providing the opportunity to purchase the most relevant title deeds. 

You can purchase the title deeds for the properties on this page by selecting the link for each property, or select “Buy multiple title deeds” - this will give you the option to choose all the properties you’d like to purchase details for in one go. 

You can send out a targeted campaign to your Investment Properties via your Tenanted Properties or On-Market Properties page by using the Investment Property filter on these pages.
