How to block/unblock a property
Navigate to Sales/Lettings > Properties > Property Search. On this page, you will then need to enter the postcode of the property address that you are looking to edit into the Search bar.
Once you have located the desired property, click onto the property from the list to open the Property Page.
Here you will see the ‘Allow Spectre Mail.’ button shown to the right of the page, initially it will be Blue. Click on the ‘X’ to toggle that to Red and that will block the address from receiving any mailables moving forward.
If you have noticed that a property has been sold since the vendors requested to block their address from receiving marketing content from you, then you may wish to unblock this address and begin to send out letters/postcards to the new owners..
To unblock a property, follow the above steps, toggling the button back to Blue.
