How to unblock a property

If you have noticed that a property has been sold since the vendors requested to block their address from receiving marketing content from you, then you may wish to unblock this address and begin to send out letters/postcards to the new owners.

 

How to Unblock a Property


After logging into your Spectre account, click on the Property Search tab shown on the left-hand sidebar.

On this page, you will then need to enter the postcode of the property address that you are looking to unblock into the Search bar.

Once you have located the desired property, click onto the property from the list to open the Property Page. 


Here you will see the Block button shown to the right of the page in Red. Click on the ‘X’ to toggle that back to Blue and you can begin sending letters/postcards to this property again.
