How to block/unblock a property

If you want to stop a property from receiving direct mail marketing (or re-enable it later), you can easily update the property’s marketing status by following the below steps:

• Go to Sales/Lettings > Properties > Property Search. On this page, enter the property’s postcode into the search bar to locate the address you want to edit.
• Once you have located the desired property, click onto the property from the list to open the Property Page.
• Here you will see the ‘Update Marketing Status’ button shown to the right of the page, clicking on this button will open an overlay with two options:

• • Active - The property will receive all direct mail marketing.

• • Do Not Send - The property will not receive direct mail marketing from your company.

Once you are happy with your selection, click confirm to save your changes.
