How to set up a Brand

Setting up a brand is an important step in personalising your property reports and email marketing campaigns to reflect your agency’s identity. A well-designed report or email, aligned with your unique branding, adds a professional touch and reinforces your agency’s image in the eyes of your clients.

Please note: To set up a brand, you must be a Company Admin. If you do not have this access, please contact our support team via live chat.

To set up a brand for your agency, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings

    • In the Spectre menu, click your name in the top right corner to access the dropdown menu.
    • From the dropdown, select ‘Settings’.
  2. Go to ‘Manage Company’

    • Once in the Settings menu, locate and click on ‘Manage Company’.
  3. Access ‘Manage Brands’

    • On the company management page, find and click ‘Manage Brands’. This section lets you create and manage different brands associated with your company.
  4. Add a New Brand

    • To create a new brand, click the ‘Add New Brand’ button.

Once you're on the brand setup page, you can start customising your brand to reflect your agency’s unique look and feel:

  • Upload Your Logo
Upload a rectangular or square logo that represents your agency. The logo will appear on your reports and help make your brand instantly recognisable. You can also apply the logo to your emails by dragging the ‘logo’ element. Ensure the logo is clear and high-quality for a professional appearance.

  • Customise Text
Adjust the font, colour, and size to align with your agency’s visual identity. Make sure the text is easy to read and complements your overall design.

  • Set Brand Colours
Define your primary and secondary colours. These colours will be used across Spectre tools to highlight sections, buttons, and other key elements. Choose colours that reflect your agency’s brand and ensure good contrast for readability.

  • Customise Digital Button Colours and Fonts
Personalise the digital buttons by adjusting their colour and the font style of the text. This ensures consistency across your reports and enhances the user experience.

By setting up your brand, you ensure that all property reports and emails generated by your agency reflect your unique branding, maintaining a professional and consistent presence in all client communications.
