How to set up a Brand

Setting up a brand is an essential step in personalising your property reports to match your agency’s identity. A well-designed report, reflecting your unique branding, not only adds a professional touch but also reinforces your agency's image in the eyes of your clients.

To set up a brand for your agency’s property reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings
    • In the Spectre menu, click on your name in the top right corner to access the dropdown menu.
    • From the dropdown, select ‘Settings’
  2. Go to ‘Manage Company’
    • Once in the Settings menu, locate and click on ‘Manage Company’
  3. Access ‘Manage Brands’
    • On the company management page, find and click ‘Manage Brands’. This section allows you to create and manage the different brands associated with your company.
  4. Add a New Brand
    • To create a new brand, click the ‘Add New Brand’ button.

Once you are on the brand setup page, you can start customising the details of your brand to make your property reports reflect your agency’s unique look and feel:

  • Upload Your Logo
    • Upload a rectangular or square logo that represents your agency. The logo will appear on your reports and help make your brand instantly recognisable. Ensure the logo is clear and high-quality to maintain professionalism.
  • Customise Text
    • You can edit the text that will appear on your reports. Customise the font, colour, and size to align with your agency’s visual identity. Make sure the text is easy to read and complements your overall design.
  • Set Brand Colours
    • Define your primary and secondary colours for the brand. These colours will be used across the reports to highlight sections, buttons, and other key elements. Choose colours that reflect your agency’s brand and ensure good contrast for readability.
  • Customise Digital Button Colours and Fonts
    • Personalise the digital buttons within your reports, including adjusting the button colour and the font style of the text on the buttons. This ensures consistency in the appearance of your reports and enhances user experience.

By setting up your brand, you ensure that all property reports generated by your agency reflect your unique branding, helping you maintain a professional, consistent presence in all client communications.
