How Do I Add My Valuation Data or Landlord Data?

Adding valuation data into your sales account, and landlord information into your lettings account will ensure that your letters are personalised and are addressed to the relevant person 

First, you’ll need a csv file with your data on. Run a report on your estate agency software, that contains the data in the following columns:

Valuation Data:
Vendor Name
Vendor Address
Postcode (can be in the same columns or different)

Landlord Data:
Landlord name
Landlord address and postcode
Property address and postcode

Once you have the csv file, go to UPLOAD VALUATION DATA / UPLOAD LANDLORD DATA on the left side menu. 

Once uploaded, Spectre will need to know which columns your data is in.

Spectre will ask: Which of your columns contains the property address?
Use the dropdown list to select the appropriate column containing the property address.

Once all of the fields have been mapped, your file may take up to 30minutes to upload and match the data.
