How Do I Add A New User To My Account?

In order to add a new user to your account, you first need to have the authorisation to create new users.

If you don’t have this authorisation, please contact our Customer Support team by calling 0161 464 5730 or emailing support@spectre.uk.com


Adding a New User

Click on your name in the top right corner when logged into your Spectre account to open the dropdown menu, then click on Users.

On this page, there is an overview of all the existing users associated with your Spectre account.

Click Add a New User

You will then need to enter the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • User Type (leave this as 'normal user' unless you would like the new user to be able to create new users)

Once you have entered all of the above details, click Create.

The user you have created will automatically receive an email from Spectre with their login information, where they will be able to log in to the account and set a new password.
