Email Preferences

Spectre gives you the option to receive helpful email notifications to keep track of your account activity. These notifications can be customised so you only receive the updates that matter to you.


Available Email Notifications

You can choose to receive notifications for the following:

  • Regular Letter Reminder – A reminder that you have listings ready to target via your Send Mail page if you haven’t sent any mail for a while.
  • 20:20 Reminder – A reminder to complete your 20:20 to-dos.
  • Weekly Usage Report by Branch – A summary of weekly activity across each branch.
  • Weekly Lettings Usage Report by Branch – A summary of weekly lettings activity across each branch.
  • Batches Waiting for Approval – Alerts you when batches are pending approval.
    • This is only relevant if your company has Print Approvals enabled, meaning postcards must be approved by a Company Admin before being sent to production.

Please note: Email notifications apply to all branches you are attached to


How to Manage Your Email Preferences

When you navigate to Management and Reporting → Email Preferences, you will see which preferences are currently enabled for your user.

If you wish to change these preferences:

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of Spectre.
  2. Select Profile → Notifications.
  3. Use the toggles to enable or disable your email preferences.

Here you’ll see which notifications you currently have enabled and can update them at any time.
