Understanding the Data

The dashboard is broken down into two main sections: 

  • Delivery - This section focuses on the successful delivery of your emails to recipients. It provides information about the overall reach of your email campaigns. You'll see data on sent emails, delivered emails, bounces (undelivered emails), unsubscribes, and spam reports. Each metric is clickable, showing a list of affected contacts. 
  • Engagement - This section measures how recipients interacted with your emails, providing insights into how your audience is responding to your content. You'll find open rates, click rates, unique opens/clicks, and total opens/clicks. These numbers are clickable for detailed contact breakdowns. 

Understanding these metrics is crucial for optimising your email marketing strategy; by tracking performance, you can identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to boost engagement and achieve your marketing goals.

For instance, a high bounce rate may indicate problems with your email list, while a low click rate could suggest your email content or call to action needs improvement, prompting you to amend your strategy accordingly.
