Credits

Credits

The Credits page allows you to manage your company’s print credits, configure automatic top-ups, and monitor usage across all branches within your company account.

This page provides full visibility and control over your credit balance to ensure uninterrupted campaign activity.

Manage Credits

The Manage Credits section allows you to configure balance notifications and automatic top-ups.

⚠️ Credits apply at a company level and are shared across all branches on your account.

Low Credit Warning

The Low Credit Warning feature notifies you when your company’s credit balance falls below a chosen threshold.

How it works:

  • Enable the toggle.

  • Set your preferred minimum balance.

  • You will receive a notification when your credits drop below this level.

This helps you avoid interruptions to printing or campaign activity.

Automatic Top-Up

Automatic Top-Up ensures your credit balance never falls below a specified amount.

When enabled, the system will automatically purchase additional credits once your balance reaches your chosen threshold.

How to set up Auto Top-Up:

  1. Toggle Auto Top-Up Enabled on.

  2. Select the minimum credit balance threshold (e.g., 250 credits).

  3. Choose the top-up package amount (e.g., 50 credits).

  4. Click Save and Update.

Once activated:

  • When your balance drops below the threshold,

  • The selected credit package will be automatically purchased,

  • And your balance will be updated immediately.

Note: Automatic Top-Up is required for branches with automated on market letters switched on to prevent campaigns failing.

Credit Usage

The Credit Usage section provides a full transaction history of credit activity across all branches in your company.

This includes:

  • Campaign print batches

  • Letter campaigns

  • Anniversary batches

  • Title deed purchases

What you can view:

  • Date – When the credits were used

  • Description – The campaign or batch name

  • Branch – Which branch initiated the activity

  • Credit – Credits added

  • Debit – Credits deducted

  • Balance – Remaining company-wide balance after the transaction

Filtering Usage

You can filter the credit history by:

  • Branch (All or individual branch view)

  • Date range (From / To fields)

Important Information

  • Credits are shared across the entire company account.

  • Any branch using print functionality will draw from the same company credit balance.

  • Automatic top-ups are charged to your saved payment method.
