Can I Add An Image Into My Letters?

We don’t have the ability for you to add images into the letters - our analysis shows personalised and detailed letter content makes a better impression.

You can upload images to your Sign-off on the letters. To upload images into your Sign-off, please firstly ensure that these images are JPEG formatted.

Go into your Settings > Greetings & Sign-Offs > Letter Sign-Off.

Ensure that you create a space where you would like to add the image.

You can choose an image to upload from your library, using the picture icon at the end of the bar.

After you select your image, it is likely that it will appear much larger than desired. If you click the picture, you will be able to amend the sizing by stretching or reducing, using the arrows that appear when hovering over the corners. We recommend the image size to be around 350 in height, however, you can amend this to your own preferred size.


Preview how you sign-off will look on your letters by going to Settings > Letter Triggers & Templates > Click Preview on any of the letter triggers shown on this page.

You can follow the same process if you would also like a digital signature, or any other images added to the sign off on your letters.
