The Automations Dashboard allows you to manage all your automated social media posts in one place, giving you full control and visibility over your automated social posting. This helps you maintain consistency, save time and streamline your social media workflow.
When you navigate to Automations, you’ll see a list of all your automated posts, including live, scheduled, paused and draft automations.
Automation Key Details
Each live automation card displays key details:
- Post title (all automated posts are titled ‘Auto post’)
- Scheduled time
- Platform(s)
- Status indicator
Status Indicators
Colour cues make it easy to identify the state of each automation at a glance:
- 🟢 Green: Active or scheduled
- 🟡 Yellow: Paused
- ⚪ Grey: Draft
Managing Existing Automations
On each automation card, you’ll find a three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side. Click this to access the following options:
- Edit: Modify the post content, schedule, or settings.
- Delete: Permanently remove the automation.
- Resume: Reactivate a paused automation.
Understanding the Automation Overview
Here’s what you’ll see on a live automation overview card:
- Automation Type: At the moment, you can only schedule automated posts for property content.
- Properties: Shows which property types are included (e.g. Sales and Lettings).
- Branches: Highlights whether the automation is pulling the property feed for all branches or a specific branch.
- Social Media Platforms: Platform icons (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) display where your posts will be shared.
- Posting Schedule: Each day of the week (M, T, W, T, F, S, S) shows when posts are scheduled. The number inside each bubble (e.g. “1”) indicates how many posts are set for that day.
- Status Indicator: A green dot beside “Auto Post” means the automation is active and running.
💡 Tip: This card provides an at-a-glance view of what’s being posted, where, and how often. If the automation is paused or still in draft state, you will not see any of the settings.
