Spectre Automation enables you to run highly targeted marketing campaigns with minimal effort. You can automate your Trigger Events and 20:20 campaigns, saving time while ensuring consistency in your marketing efforts.
By streamlining the process, you can maintain high-quality, personalised campaigns that run efficiently, are properly reviewed, and are sent out on schedule. To get started, navigate to Lettings > Settings > Automation.
Automating Trigger Events
When automating your Trigger Events, you have the flexibility to customise the process to suit your needs:
-
Set Specific Days for Campaign Generation
Choose which days of the week (Monday to Friday) you would like your campaigns to be automatically generated. -
Review Period Before Print
Set the number of days you’d like to allow for reviewing the campaigns before they are sent to print. This ensures you have enough time to check everything thoroughly. -
Add Reviewers
Enter one or more reviewer email addresses. Reviewers will receive email previews of each campaign and its recipients, giving you the opportunity to ensure the recipients and formatting meet your standards before printing. -
Save Settings
Once your settings are configured, click Save Settings to activate automation. You can disable automation at any time, but please note that any scheduled campaigns will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Note: Navigate to Settings > Event Triggers to ensure you're happy with your trigger timeline and allocated content before enabling automation.
Automating 20:20 Campaigns
Spectre’s 20:20 Automation helps you schedule and manage campaigns targeting both Off Market and On Market properties, ensuring they are consistently generated based on your preferences:
-
Setting the Days for Campaign Generation
Choose the days of the week (Monday through Friday) when you want your campaigns to be automatically generated. Following this, a review period will allow you to make necessary adjustments before the campaigns are sent to print. -
20:20 Settings
In the 20:20 Settings, you can specify:-
Off Market Properties: Set the number of off-market properties (typically tenanted properties) to target. Adjust the value using the + or - buttons.
-
On Market Radius: Define the radius (in kilometres) for targeting On Market properties. This specifies the geographic area you wish to focus on for outreach.
-
-
Property Selection Method
Choose how you would like properties to be selected for your campaign:-
Select properties using AI: Spectre’s AI automatically selects properties most likely to go to market based on market trends and proximity.
-
Select properties closest to origin: Alternatively, select properties nearest to a specific origin property—ideal for hyper-local targeting.
-
-
Days for Review
Set the number of days (e.g., 1 or 2 days) you’d like to review the campaign before it is sent to print. This allows you time to verify the content and ensure it meets your standards. -
Campaign Format
Choose your preferred campaign format:-
Postcard: Ideal for concise, visually impactful messaging.
-
Letter: Better suited for more detailed, formal communication.
You should preview your selected template before finalising the automation.
-
-
Reviewers
Add reviewers by entering their email addresses. Reviewers will receive an email with a preview of the campaign and its recipients, allowing them to review it before it’s sent to print. Note: Reviewers do not need a Spectre account to receive the email but will need one to make changes to the campaign. -
Saving Your Settings
Once you’ve configured your settings, click Save Settings to activate the automation. You can disable automation at any time, but note that any scheduled campaigns will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Important Notes
-
Recall Option: If you need to make adjustments after the campaign is generated but before it goes to print, you can use the recall option. This will prevent the campaign from being sent to the printer, giving you time to make changes.
-
Review Process: The review period provides an opportunity to ensure campaigns meet your standards. You can adjust the number of review days based on your needs.
-
Disabling Automation: If you disable automation, all scheduled campaigns will be deleted and cannot be recovered, so ensure you are confident before turning off this feature.
