All Properties

Use the All Properties tab to generate a one off campaign targeting on market.properties. 

You can apply filter choices to narrow down your property selection, before continuing by selecting Send One Off Mail. Please note that Spectre currently has a limit of 500 properties that can be selected per campaign.

You will then be asked which type of mail you would like to send.

If sending a postcard:

You will see a list of the properties you have selected and can deselect any you don’t want to send to. Once happy select Choose Template to continue and select the template you’d like to use from the postcards in your account. You will have the option to edit your content, or you can create a new postcard template via the Postcard Templates tab. See more information on editing and creating postcards here.

Once you’re happy with your Postcard, click continue to view a final preview and the recipient list before deciding whether you’d like to send or download your letters. If you choose Send with Spectre credits, these will be posted out via our printers. If you select Download, these letters will be available from your Sent Letters tab for you to print and distribute yourself.

If sending a letter: 

Choose whether you’d like to use an existing template from your account or create one from scratch. You will have the option to add or edit your content - see more information on editing and creating letters here. 

Once you’re happy with your letter, hit continue to review your property selection - you can deselect any you don’t want to send to from the left hand column - and select Generate Letters at the bottom of the page to choose whether you’d like to send or download your letters.
