Add Postcode Sectors

The Add Postcode Sectors page allows you to request additional postcode sectors for your area directly through the Spectre platform. This page presents a map overview of your allocated postcode sectors, with the sectors currently assigned to your account highlighted in blue. To request additional sectors, you can select available areas and submit your request to the Spectre team for further processing.


Overview of the Map

  • Highlighted Areas: The map will display your allocated postcode sectors in blue, showing the regions currently assigned to your account.
  • Wider Areas: Unselected or available postcode sectors are displayed with no highlight, which you can request  to add to your account.

How to Request Additional Postcode Sectors

  • To request additional sectors, click on any available area on the map. This will highlight the selected sector in green.
  • You can select multiple areas by clicking on them one at a time. Each area you click will be highlighted, and the selected postcode sectors will appear in the popup modal on the left side of your screen. 
  • Once you have selected the postcode sectors you'd like to add, click the ‘Next’ button on the pop up modal. This will send your request to the Spectre admin team.
  • Your request will be picked up by your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will assist you with the process and confirm the addition of the new sectors.
